As a Waco native, and a seasoned real estate professional, Ted recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him that makes him strive to exceed their expectations, whether buying their first home or seeking that dream residence, the experience should be nothing less than seamless. To that end, Ted works closely with buyers and sellers, communicating frequently during each step of the process, helping navigate the often challenging waters of home buying and selling. Ted's transition into real estate stems from his own experience in home building, architectural design, and financing personal projects. Before entering the real estate profession, Ted successfully managed 1 of 3 restaurants his parents established over 50 years ago that still serve Waco and surrounding areas today. The restaurant experience instilled the discipline in him that it takes to build a successful business. Customer service is in his DNA. Ted enjoys playing a little blues music on his acoustic guitar to start his day and spending time with his wife and children.
